Live Fire Training For Our Firefighters
On Tuesday night May 30th the Brigade attended the Bangholme Training College for ‘live’ fire training.
Using a number of fire emergency scenarios in this controlled environment provided our newer members the opportunity consolidate newly acquired skills as well affording our senior members valuable command and control training to enhance their leadership skills.
Regardless of the uncertainty created by the recent announcement of the fire service re-structure, the Brigade members, who are all volunteers, are focused on providing the best possible emergency response capability that we can. This type to training contributes to us achieving this.
