On Sunday 27th November 2019, Mt Eliza once again opened their doors for the brigade’s annual CFA Open Day.
On Tuesday 6 August Mt. Eliza Fire Brigade took on the Australian Red Cross RED25 Emergency Services Blood Challenge, saving more than 40 lives.
Every Tuesday Mt. Eliza Fire Brigade would normally have training; however, on Tuesday 6 August, they’re painting the town red.
On Tuesday for the Brigade’s weekly training night, members participated in Breathing Apparatus skills maintenance session in preparation for the introduction of new BA sets for emergency service responders, including Vic Police, MFB and Ambulance Victoria.
Meet Tom, he has down syndrome and is the brother of Emily who joined the brigade in January 2018.
Last week both junior and senior volunteers from Mt Eliza Fire Brigade attended a training night at VEMTC Bangholme Training Campus.
